Most amazing, patient service...with a huge selection of frames!
I was charged almost 200 dollars for contacts. Never received them or a credit. I called and they told me the payment was never finalized but it’s been in ‘completed transactions’ in my bank for a week. Now I’m out contacts and money. They said I can reorder and repay? I was already charged!
Clean store, helpful and friendly staff, lots of good options! I wish there were more color varieties of some styles, but I liked the options a lot!
The best experience ever. I was allowed to take my time and supported throughout the process by staff with educated knowledge about their product. Will always shop there for frames and medical care for my eyes.
Team here was great. Booked an exam. Dr Wong was very nice and she seems very passionate about her work. Its admirable to see someone who enjoys what they do. She was very thorough with all of the test results and walked me through what to look for as I keep up with my yearly exams. Overall experience was great and would certainly recommend.
