I had no idea how simple this process would be! The staff helped me find the perfect frames, and were very knowledgeable. The insurance was verified and glasses ordered. I was in the store a max of 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend going in and trying on frames til you find what you want. Then let the staff do the rest!! I can’t wait to get in my glasses!

Very helpful staff! I occasionally bring in my sunglasses to get them fixed if they are bent. It’s always free. They do it impressively quickly. And they even gave me a free case when I asked for one. As of 2026, I’ve had my first pair since 2019 and got my second pair this past Christmas in 2025. I love being a Warby Parker customer.
