I had a great experience at the Warby Parker store! Effy and the rest of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find frames that suited me, and never made me feel rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend this location!
I went today to try on a few pairs of glasses and I found so many beautiful options all the workers were so helpful explaining the steps for insurance reimbursement. I ended up purchasing Lydell I definitely recommend and I will be making more purchases in the future!
Great first eye exam for my daughter. It was easy and convenient to get scheduled. It was also wonderful that she could be fitted for contacts and glasses right after her exam—one stop shop. Effy helped us with the fitting and she was so helpful and patient throughout the process. Finally, it was incredibly affordable. We will definitely be back!
I went into the Warby Parker at Lane Avenue last night about four minutes before closing. I told them I knew they were about to close and was totally fine coming back another time, but they insisted, "no, come on in, we've got you!" That kindness set the tone for the whole visit.
