Very good associates, we took our daughter to get glasses and they were very helpful and nice unlike some other places.
I went to Warby Parker to get glasses for the first time and honestly had no idea where to start. Nicole was so helpful from the second I walked in! She walked me through everything, helped me pick out the perfect pair, and made the whole process so easy. I really appreciated her patience and genuine help. Such a great first experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent customer service and very fair pricing.
Crappy glasses broke after eight months and they won’t replace. Tried to sell me insurance on my next pair (as if I would be buying another pair) and then told me it doesn’t cover lost or broken glasses. Absolutely moronic.
