I went to Warby Parker for the first time and it was a great experience since both the sales person and ophthalmologist were extremely helpful and gave me great advice.
Sherri turned what was expected to be a tough experience into a pleasurable one for my teen. helpful and knowledgeable! we will be a warby parker family from now on!
drove 30 min to get them adjusted at 2 PM; they stated no one was there to do it and the one person there was going on break. At 2 pm?? They say "to swing by anytime for adjustments" This was a waste. I barely can leave by house with my baby, and I drive all this way to be done no one can help me after dropping over 500 dollars for glasses. What a waste of my time.
