Went into a WP to get my sunglasses adjusted because I tried to do it myself and made them worse. The staff were very friendly and understanding and adjusted my frames so that the sunglasses were actually wearable now.
I have ordered three pairs of glasses from here and had a great experience with all of them. My most recent pair are on the way but ordering them in store was a breeze thanks to Chris. Is was very patient with me while looking at frames, explained pricing and deals well, and processes my out of network insurance for me before leaving the store to make sure I was all set. Always a WP fan!
