As of the service I’ve received to date (eye exam), my experience here has been excellent! I walked in with a same day appointment availability, the doctor and assistant was informative, helpful, and clear with instructions on proceeding through with the tests.

I went for an eye exam and to get a prescription for contacts. The optometrist, Maria Martinez was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my special circumstances and worked with me to get the best product for my needs.
I have been dealing with the Warby Parker Store in the Gardens Mall for a few years. I always get comments about my eyewear. There service and lenes as top quality and as good or better than going to a high end neigborhood Boutique Eye store. Now that they give there customers the choice of either using our existing frames from a previous WP purchase or purchase new frames with a new prescription I find that so much better and brings down the cost of eyewear.
