My time spent in the Gardens Mall Warby Parker was enjoyable, efficient, and affordable. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My eye exam was easy and precise, yielding an updated prescription for my two pairs of new glasses. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out quickly and I'm excited about getting my new glasses.
The sales rep, JM was extremely helpful. He continued looking for the right pair of glasses that fits my needs. Both comfort and color. This is my 4th pair and love the styles they offer.Excellent customer service!
