What a great experience and good move going to Warby Parker ....Everything and everyone were super knowledgeable and friendly..Ashley started me off with different tests and was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all question’s that I had..Then off to see Dan and he set me up with different specialists to determine how my test results came out and then they proceeded to give me eye exams to see what lenses were best for me..Thank you Warby Parker it was a pleasant and great experience..

Store and staff are great. Wouldy VERY much like to be able to contact store directly. The nitwit who answered the phone in Bangalore or Rawalpindi or Des Moines wasn't remotely helpful. I have no idea if the contacts that were ordered for me are available. And I don't want to drive 20+ miles to find out.
