Customer service was great. The technician was able to repair my glasses very quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend this location.
Wonderful staff all around, thorough eye exam, and wide selection of frames.
The Warby Parker retail location in Stuyvesant Plaza in Albany was a pleasure to shop in. I was greeted immediately by employees, was helped with all of my questions, was allowed to shop at my leisure and the selection was fantastic. Checkout was easy, they took my insurance, and they are even shipping my glasses to my home. Great first experience and I will def be back again.
