Staff (especially Shannon) at Warby Parker were incredibly helpful and at the same time not pushy or aggressive to rush you into anything. Very knowledgeable as well in terms of explaining the various options and things to consider based on my actual eye prescription.

1st visit but a positive experience. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I'll have more to say when I get my new glasses
One stop Shopping. This location is amazing. Dr. Mocanu is is the ultimate professional. She took her time, made sure I understood what she was doing but also the why. The retail staff couldn't be more helpful. They had answers for all my questions and also made the best suggestions. I highly recommend Warby Parker and the St. John's Town Center Location.
