I had excellent experience and bad experience with Warby. I order two paires of glasses in the online store, one is progressive and the other is computer glasses. The computer glasses is unusable. The two online store support persons I spoke to were not well trained. One right out of box told me I need to go to my eye doctor to get my eye re-examined. I received excellent customer service fron the entire team. I scheduled a same day appointment without any problems. The doctor was very knowledgeable and held a great rapport during my exam. I paid out of pocket for an exam and the price was very reasonable. I approve this location in Wesley Chapel, FL.
