Today was our second time at Warby Parker At Queens Center. We found the store very neat and tidy. The team members who work there on both occasions were friendly, professional, and because we were at the store both times for our kiddos, the staff was engaging and fun with the kids! Aside from the frames being perfect for active kids, the fact that our insurance helps to cover some costs is an added plus!
Great staff, everyone is extremely helpful and prices are great, CJ helped fix my son's glasses and they are finnaly straight again!
Went in to the store yesterday May 1 around 7:10 pm and meet Harry. He checked my insurance information and said that I was covered. Naturally I decided to make an appointment on Saturday May 2 at 11:45am. I arrived and I go with do to my check in with another sales representative since I see that Harry is busy with other clients. Once I give my information again to this young woman she tells me that I am not covered by my insurance and is going to be out of pocket. I had a very pleasant experience at this location and that's mainly due to nice, knowledgeable and professional staff. Went for an eye and contact lens exam and new pair of glasses. Purchased not one but 3 pairs and contact lenses- very smooth process.
