Smile. Greeting. Hello. Warm. Friendly. Either this young woman is a fantastic actress, or she is genuinely a wonderfully engaging person. Culture? What is art, anyway? I’m OAF and have shopped Trader Joe’s since 1975, WP has a similar vibe. If you appreciate a caring curiosity as a sales ‘pitch,’ then…that’s it, I wasn’t sold anything today, I was presented the comfort and opportunity to make a choice. And I did. I laughed out loud. Looking at my reflection, “Who is this idiot?”
Wary Parker is clearly a company that cares. Not interested in gouging the customer. Offering stylish glasses at a reasonable price is actually an altruistic act- considering how the competitors have been taking advantage of us for so long. This is my 3rd pair that costs $95. Not to mention how Warby Parker took care of us after the Eaton Fire. As we rushed out of the house January 7th I damaged my glasses. Warby Parker helped me replace my broken lens free of charge.
