Princeton location is amazing. Sales consultants were courteous and the store environment was designed beautifully. I am from California and ordered for them to be shipped to San Francisco area. Please add a store soon.
Colin the optometrist happened to be on the floor and really spent a lot of time helping my partner find a frame. He has a great eye and an encyclopedic knowledge of the stock including colors that were not out.
Wonderful store experience. My husband and I were helped and bought frames that fit our faces perfectly. Marisol was especially helpful with making sure that the frames we chose made sense for our facial structures and for the type of prescription that we have. I came back in after my glasses delivered and Marisol (again!! amazing!) helped adjust my frames and now they're sitting correctly and I can see better. 100% recommend this place!
Everyone in the store is so helpful! I’ve been there three times in the past couple weeks to shop/pickup/adjust, and the sales associates remember me and have been nothing but kind and friendly! I want to specifically should out Marisol though. My glasses had gotten warped at the beach and she immediately adjusted them and got it perfect on the first try! I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never experienced that before.
I was in need of getting my wonky frames adjusted (my fault for falling asleep on the couch with my glasses on) and the Princeton team was very pleasant and helpful. Both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses were adjusted and now I'm so much more comfortable and "back on track". THANK YOU!
