Everything went smoothly, from the intake to the eye exam to the purchase of eyeglasses. Everybody was very friendly and respectful.

I was really excited when I found out there was a Warby Parker near me. I called ahead and specifically asked if they accepted our insurance, since they had open appointments and were much closer than the other doctor I had originally booked with. I was told yes, so I canceled my previous appointment and scheduled with Warby Parker instead. Fast forward to the day of my appointment—I get there and am told they don’t accept our insurance.
