Great overall BUT one major thing is quite nasty with hygiene and safety. Some Lamont (one of their staff) told me to put on contacts after giving his mobile device (ipad), which of course is unsanitary. To make matters worse, he told me it was ok to put contacts on dry container (which he handled also without washing his hands), which could rip the contacts. I've canceled all further needs/purchases/appointments at this place.

My experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. While I was still in the store, the optometrist told me that my usual brand of contacts had discontinued my specific prescription. Instead of explaining my options or discussing alternatives, she simply downgraded me to a weaker prescription without consulting me. Customer service was excellent! Thomas was hilarious as well as knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. The space and equipment was very clean and organized.
