Just had my first experience with Warby Parker in Montgomery Village and it was fantastic! Not only was the service superior, but the advice, fitting, selection and payment process were the best ever!!! I bought 2 pair of progressives and I can't wait to get them in the mail soon.
The staff is terrific. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The frame selection is wide and the cost for frames and lens is very reasonable.
I arrived 7 minutes late for an eye appointment and was told they couldn't see me because there was someone else who had an appointment after me. I sat in front of the store for 30 minutes and no one came in so clearly there was no one after me. Just a really really bad employee who wanted to be vindictive. There has been one person in the store since I was told they couldn't see me because there was someone else who had an appointment after me. ZERO STARS...
Had an amazing experience at Warby Parker in Santa Rosa ca. From entering the store to leaving. Very professional staff . Docwas extremely knowledgeable and care for what best served me. The bonus was they knew I had vision insurance and used it without my ommiting I had insurance. I was willing to pay out of pocket. Great experience. Thank you
