The associates at the store were absolutely outstanding — Kari and the gentleman who assisted me were both fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and helped me choose my first pair of glasses with patience and great advice. It was refreshing to experience such exceptional customer service. They truly enhanced the value of the Warby Parker brand.
I’ve bought like 50 pairs from the store the manager I think her name is Andrea is an absolute savage very helpful in every way.
