Went here for the first time to purchase glasses. Unhappy with the customer service and overall experience. As I was completing a return the employee raised his voice with me during his frustration of trying to figure out how some inter-workings. It’s a good thing I don’t remember his name. I will be sticking to the third ward location.
This is the first time I decided to try Warby Parker for my new glasses before this. I have always used the same business to buy my glasses from. I was so impressed with the sales person that helped me. She was so helpful in picking out the right glasses for my face and the frame style. I was so excited to have my new glasses ordered that I forgot my water bottle they had to call me to come back and get it🤣
This is the first time I decided to try Warby Parker and I will be going back there for every new pair of glasses. The sales person helping me was absolutely wonderful and helping me pick out the right style and size of glasses for my face. Staff was very helpful!!!! No pressure sales! Large variety to choose from and prices are very reasonable!
