Every chain has its gimmicks, I found Warby Parker to be high priced, I walked out with a prescription but no glasses for $85 The store was fine, the staff is very friendly. Very nice to work with. I left 3 stars for the company. I recieved way too many emails in the week I went online with them, they BLEW up my inbox! They also evidently scheduled an appointment for me a year from now, I don't think so. I have no vision insurance and I thought $375 total bill for $95 frames is excessive. Maybe that's just me. They make it easy to get a nice looking pair of glasses. I like being able to get an eye exam onsite as well. Nice selection of frames to look at in person.
Our salesperson was knowledgeable, caring, respectful and attentive. The store is very appealing. Great service!
