I went to this location two years ago. I have been wearing the same prescription since. Dr Chiang saw me. I went to the Burlington location this morning and told my doctor about these ocular migraines that I have been getting on the left side of my eye/head for the past 16 months. She told me she realized that the doctor at the Lynnfield location went up in my prescription instead of down when he was supposed to go down and that is what we have concluded may have been causing my headaches. My eye exam was the best I've had. My in-store shopping experience was by far the worst. The staff had zero interest in helping customers and would rather be socializing. It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help me and once I did they were itching to get back to social hour. I left without buying any glasses. It was clear the customers were an inconvenience for the staff. Additionally every pair of glasses I tried on were smudged so you can't even see how you look in them. I won't go back to this location.

I had a great experience here. The optometrist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The reception staff were also warm, cheerful, and very helpful, which made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. I would happily recommend this practice to others.
