I want to compliment the staff at Warby Parker in Manhasset. I recently received my new glasses and went in to the store for adjustments. Both Yan and Robin (on different days) were terrific; carefully and patiently helping me until I was satisfied. Robin also helped me greatly when I mentioned I was unhappy with the pattern on my Daisy violet quartz frame. The staff were very helpful and there wasn't any pressure on what glasses I should select. The process was simple once I selected the frames I wanted.
It was an excellent store - friendly, solid inventory, comfortable and inviting.
