Excellent service from the store staff but the online service was terrible felt like a bad ai was talking to me. I tried to return one pair of the three I ordered the sunglasses all because they don't fit right. It was a few days past the 30 day mark because they shipped while I was on vacation so I didn't get enough time to wear them and know the didn't fit right. The service rep said he would escalate it to a manager but there was no response or reply. I would suggest only dealing with the store staff.
My experience was great at Warby Parker! Jimmy was my salesperson and help me choosing my sunglasses and reading glasses. He gave me his honest opinion which was exactly what I needed and wanted! Thank you! I will be back!
