The in person store customer service is great, but there’s no direct line to reach them and when you get Warby Parker centralized staff by phone it is a truly terrible experience. If you think you’ll ever need to interact with this company outside of this physical location (ordering replacement glasses, trying to get an on hold order through), I would look elsewhere. Also, the actual product, at least in kids frames, is cheap. My husband hugged my daughter before her class camping trip today and the frames literally snapped ... read more
