Warby Parker might not appreciate me sharing this story, but three days after receiving my new pair of glasses, our puppy Tugger got hold of them and chewed off the arm. I went into the store (with Tugger!) hoping I could buy a replacement arm. Instead they replaced the entire pair for free. Far and away more than I expected. I went to WP because I like the styles I’ve gotten there and their prices. I keep goin back for those reasons AND they are always really nice.
Great experience in the Sacramento store on R Street. All three employees in the store were friendly and helpful. Allie is who helped us, and she was great!
Aly and Allie were amazing. There was a miscommunication with a purchase and they totally took care of me!! Love this store!!
Shoutout to Allie and Aly for the best customer service! I was being so indecisive and they still pulled a bunch of lenses and helped me figure out the right pair. Super patient, super helpful, and we were cracking up the whole time. Appreciate you both!
