The staff here is incredible! Ansel went above and beyond to help my mom and I find the right pair of glasses. He thoroughly explained us the benefits of progressive lenses for my mom, and it has helped her tremendously. I chose to be a Warby Parker customer for customer service like this! Bravo!
What a terrific experience. I almost didn't go because I loath Greenwich Ave (not the restaurants... they are great :), but I am glad I changed my mind. The 2 Warby Parker staff were helpful and clearly knew their stuff. We became customers when I was wary on even going. Thank you! I look forward to getting my Rx glasses in a couple of weeks.
