Well staffed and excellent customer service.
Honestly, I get a little thrill when my new glasses come in or I need a minor adjustment because it's so much fun popping into this store. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful but there's a blonde woman in her 40s or 50s (I think she wears red glasses) who is fabulous and I LOVE HER!!! Give her a big ol' fat raise; she's hilarious, doesn't pressure you, and she found me a plastic frame that I actually wear (usually they go into a drawer and I keep wearing my old metal ones lol). 10/10 experience every time. From start to finish, everyone in there wants you to have an awesome time curated to you and makes sure you get everything you need. It's a seamless process that makes going there a no brainer!
Easy & convenient to schedule an appointment through the app, the staff was friendly (and patient with the fact that I had to bring my kids!) and quick to get me in & out, while also taking time to answer my questions and help me get what I needed and recommend new products that might be more beneficial.
