Came with my relative to help her pick out new glasses & sunglasses. So many options, and every store associate made sure to greet everyone who walked in, I noticed the team was all talking and getting along with each other which is also good to see. Our associate (I forgot her name) but she was so nice and helpful. Answered all of our questions, and provided us all the different options that were available.
I walked into this Warby Parker on a very busy weekend a couple of months ago. The store was packed and every associate was busy, but the manager made time to greet us and help us within a few seconds of entering the store. It was such a seamless process for ordering glasses - we will definitely be back! The manager and his team were extremely friendly and helpful.
Went there looking for a specific pair of clip on sunglasses, they help me find another pair that I was even in more love with very last minute. That to me is true customer service, they resolved my issue and I was satisfied customer. Great team working at this location, would definitely do business with them again!
Everyone from the front of the store to the eye exam was extremely kind and super helpful and above all, patient. I love coming to this location specifically.
