I wish I could give lower than a 1. I would give this establishment a zero. Very rude to my mother. We arrived late for an eye appointment by 5 mins and understood that since we were late we would potentially have to wait or reschedule. The staff were unnecessarily rude and were making faces while talking to us. They tried to brush us off which is not okay. I would not recommend going to this location at all. The least a customer service person can do is be nice and not be rude or speak badly to us. I am here to spend money ... read more
My first time in a Warby Parker store and based on my experience they will exclusively receive my business moving forward. Venus was so welcoming and friendly. She was patient and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I ended up with a dynamite pair of glasses that will serve me well for years. Cannot recommend enough. Pay them a visit and you'll feel the same.
