Purchased eyeglass from this location. They were shipped to me and unfortunately were too loose. I stopped by to have them tighten and was told only the optometrist could tighten them, but that person had left for the day. I explained it was hard for me to get by there and asked for the hours of when the optometrist would be available and I was told that information couldn’t be shared, just stop by before 7 pm.
