Called to schedule appointment / confirm was in network with eye insurance provider. Customer service said exam would be fully covered. When arrived for appointment was told this was not the case and had to pay full cost out of pocket.
The customer service i received was top notch. I was treated like a VIP. You will love getting your eyeware there. Run dont walk.Please dont hesitate. You wont regret it.
I stopped by the store for help with my glasses and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. The optometrist was incredibly friendly and approachable, quickly fixing my glasses at no charge. It’s the kind of place that truly feels like a neighborhood shop—warm, welcoming, and customer-focused. I also took a look at their selection and was impressed by the variety of stylish frames at very reasonable prices, including some really fun and youthful options. So glad to have this gem in Darien Commons! Highly recommend!
