Edit: They followed up with a phone call and attempted to rectify the situation which is greatly appreciated. It's not clear how to best inform WB of issues seeing as how going through the proper channels did not bring forth a timely solution. The problem seems to be more how to communicate with the local branch vs the corporate side. Pretty absurdly bad.
