Great location, options, and service!
I had purchased glasses about three months ago, and they kept slipping off in my face. I had the glasses adjusted at least three times when visiting the store. This time they suggested a new pair a smaller version of my current pair. There is a 30 day return policy and the extended it for me. I am very grateful and I am a loyal customer for at least five years now.

Update: the manager of the store reached out to me and corrected the situation in a way that I am happy with! I come to this location often and usually have a great experience. However, today I came in asking to swap lenses between two identical frames. I have done this before and a couple of weeks ago I confirmed in the same location that this was possible.
