Great customer service and amazing selection with reasonable / affordable prices
Great shop with chill staff - they follow your lead as the customer. If you need to be fast (as I did) then they will honor that, but if you need to take your time, ask questions, etc. then they will do that as well. I previously purchased with WB online and while most of those frames are fine, I preferred this experience of trying them on in the store and getting feedback from the staff.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and respectful of my time—I was taken back promptly, and the entire visit ran smoothly. They were especially patient as I relearned how to put in contact lenses, which I really appreciated. The checkout process was easy, and they even handled my insurance claim for me.
