Love Warby Parker. The Burlington location does a great job of being helpful but not over the top pushy. Staff is nice and makes the process easy.
Sara(h) was so wonderful to work with. She made the ordering process quick and seamless. When the glasses were ready we headed to mall, but did not realize this location closed at 6pm. We got there at 6:10 and she still opened the door for us to pick them up really quick. We would be traveling the next week and thanked her over and over again for her hospitality. Top notch service - my husband and I both wear glasses and I'll be coming back here specifically to change mine out due to the exceptional service.
Wonderful experience. The sales consultant was friendly and knowledgeable and understood my needs while explaining the various options I might choose.
Very professional, great frames too pick from!!! The service was great so far waiting to get my glasses.
