I visited Warby Parker for the first time today and I bought a pair of prescription glasses. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Jafet was really patient with me and took his time to help me with my prescription and glasses selection. I was also surprised by all the variety of frames at such affordable prices! I’ve payed way more at other places that haven’t had frames I was fully satisfied with. But so excited for my new glasses to arrive.
Very friendly & patient service. Super easy to try on various styles, sizes, colours of glasses. I appreciate the help deciding as well. Really nice that you can get your current pair of glasses cleaned and adjusted at no cost. Checkout was super easy, fast, on the spot. I highly recommend WP.
10/10 my experience today. My sales representative was so nice!!
