I picked up new glasses today and the frames and lenses will get to my home in 2 weeks. I was in and out of the store in under 15 min and the process was so quick and seamless. Highly recommend and a solid price point as well.
I went to Warby Parker for the first time today. I have not been satisfied with other places (Lens Crafters and my own eye doctor). The prices were very high and Lens Crafters did not stand behind their product when I needed help. The girls at Warby Parker were fantastic!!! They were extremely helpful as well as kind!!! I love that my glasses are being shipped to my house and I can always go into the store if I need them adjusted. Convenient & good prices
Staff are knowledgeable and quite helpful... Went to the store a few weeks ago to look at frames, and the created an account for me tagging those frames... Went back today with my new eye prescription from my eye doctor, and they pulled up the frames, I made my choice - they measured for my progressive lenses, and filed my insurance... I paid and they are shipping the glasses to my home... Normally 10-14, but I paid like $30 to expedite and should have them in 3-5 days...
