I damaged eyeglasses I purchased from Warby Parker years ago. The optician was able to make a free repair in about 15 minutes. Great service by all.
Mike was great. Without being pushy helped me into two pairs of glasses that I’m excited about receiving . Would highly recommend.
GREEDY team - terrible service Wouldn’t swap lenses from broken frames into WP frames after being told by other Warby Parker location they would. Having been a customer from the beginning of Warby Parker, they’ve clearly turned into a greedy company and instead only want money from purchasing new glasses. Buy glasses elsewhere.

Amazing service! The team was able to help navigate the issues I had with applying insurance and getting my account address corrected on my order. Very attentive and professional. Could not recommend their eye exam services and ordering contacts through them enough!
