My visit to Warby Parker at Aventura Mall was outstanding. I believe the associate’s name was Keyla—she assisted me from start to finish, guiding me to find a style that suited me without ever being pushy. I truly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to others.
I was seen right away and the optometrist was so helpful and informative––she listened to all my concerns and helped me find the best solution to my issue. Every staff person I spoke with was helpful and polite without being pushy at all.
