The customer service was terrific! I came in with about 30 minutes left before closing and was admittedly flustered trying to cram in my last big errand for the day. Ken and the team at the Warby Parker Showroom at Oxford Exchange were excellent! Everybody worked with me to identify the frames I had seen online and then explore newer options that were available hands-on in the store. Smaller than a traditional Warby but really like the idea to put it inside such a beautiful location.
