I recently complained to a Warby Parker store about WP frames I'd bought 7 years before. The staff offered to straighten out my complaint for no charge, even though so much time had passed.
Super friendly and helpful staff who know what they’re doing. And places to sit!
Great staff and overall quick and awesome experience
