The team is so proffessional and friendly. My eye exam was a breeze and they were so patient as I deliberated among the frames.

Great service, very professional, and clean space
Terrible establishment. My wife and I have been going to Warby Parker for years! From DC, NY, KY, now MA. We’ve never had a problem with the service and the staff - until this one… They wouldn’t take my wife in for her appointment at 4:30 when she set foot in the building at 4:36pm. (Mind you they close at 7pm.) Even a restaurant has a grace period of 15 mins. A dentist office 15 mins. etc..
