I bought my glasses online, received them very quickly, but found that they didn’t quite fit. I went in and Wren was so kind to explain all of my options, including exchanging them, which I did. Wren laid out a ton of recommended options and then gave me time and space to choose. It made it so much less overwhelming. My exchange was processed so easily and I was out the door so quickly.
If you are looking for a great experience in eyeglasses selection, this is the place! The staff is most helpful in spending time to make sure I get the right fit. The comprehensive exam I received is far above the rest! Very thorough! I feel very confident in the exam and service I received today! 10 stars all the way!!
Store was super clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. My only question is why employees have hair color like it’s Halloween?
Dr. Mainayar and staff were all super helpful and friendly. They made the whole experience super easy for me and my 8 year old.
Staff was helpful. Person who helped us very knowledgeable. It was a nice surprise to have opticians on staff to get exact prescription and glasses aligned.
