Incredible staff that were so helpful in checking my insurance and setting up an eye exam to purchase a new pair of glasses. The whole experience was excellent.
Great experience with this location! I had an issue with the glasses I ordered but the guys were extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the service! Tristin and Noah went above and beyond what I expected and my new glasses look great! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back because of them! Thanks again!
Couldn’t be happier with my experience, my first impression of Warby Parker was an employee named Noah, who had only worked for the company 2 weeks! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received,. After telling him what my taste were the frames, he picked for me were the most perfect frame to complement my face. And I even asked who trained this guy he’s awesome and angel the manager., said it was me. Good Job, Angel deserves a pet on the back as well. Love my experience so much I purchased 2 pairs of glasses.
