Always great service and honesty about which glasses look best on my face shape and with my hair color.
Overall experience was good however I was disappointed to discover the $95 special is for non-Rx lenses. Associate in the store did not clarify this and the rep I got when calling was not helpful either. The phone number noted with the store location connected to a call center with reps that spoke poor broken English, at best. Frames and Rx lenses are $195 so buyer be aware.
Great people, friendly environment and the associates here resolve issues quickly.
Professional, quick and courteous
First of all I was greeted when I walked in ,which is rare in these days. The staff walked me through every step from the exam to picking out frames and the doctor explaing my prescription. The overall experience was wonderful.
