I always have good experiences at Warby Parker. The location at 2nd & PCH was particularly great. The employee working with me was really patient and suggested options like using sunglass frames for my daily glasses, etc. They checked my insurance, which I didn’t think WP ever took, but was able to get almost $90 off!
Every time I visit this store, the staff is always knowledgeable they take their times and answer all questions, I ve been coming here off and on since the Long Beach location opened
They are amazing at this location, always friendly. They were nice enough when I needed to update my prescription to let me keep my glasses. And get a discount on my new ones. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
The staff at this store is extremely helpful and very friendly. They don't pressure you but will give an opinion will asked.
I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received! I especially appreciated Dr. Poole, Will, Jacob, and Teresa. Will has kindly adjusted many pairs of my glasses and he is so quick and efficient. Jacob went above and beyond, I truly appreciated what he did for me. Thank you!
