Ms Soto does what she wants, not what the client requests.
All employees were very courteous and kind. Norma was quick to email us documents and get back to us on our questions. Ms. Soto knows her stuff! Very professional, trustworthy, fast, offered good advice on our many questions, and best of all she very patient with us. It was a good experience working with them. We will highly recommend their services to our family and friends. Thank you.
Attorney and staff are not very helpful. Feels like they are not there to help client but to collect a check. I had called with questions re: will for my mother and some other forms for my ill father, and they kept saying, "I'll ask Atty Soto and get back with you". Days passed and no response from them. I would call to follow up and again the same response from the staff and no follow up on their part.
