Lou is one the most compassionate people I have ever met. He took my case when no one else would and fought hard for me. He truly listened to my story which impacted my life terribly and his entire staff supported me through a very tough negotiation. Lou and Cheri at Waple&Houke are the most time efficient, understanding, hard working people i have had the pleasure of dealing with my legal matter. They never hesitated on calling me back or at least messaging every time I called with a question or concern.
