No apology. No accountability. No empathy. After dragging out communication and giving zero guidance on what was actually needed for our case, Attorney Thome still couldn’t be bothered to apologize for wasting our time. She acted like it wasn’t her problem and dismissed our concerns without care. Legal help should not feel this careless.
