My mother passed away and I am the Executor of her estate. Her last tax return was filed with Want & Ender, and I tried very hard to get it touch with them, to help me file her final return for the year she died. I wanted to give them my money to help me file it, or at least have them help me get her final tax return so I could use someone else. They couldn't even bother to call me back! I think this used to be a good firm, but then some key people left and now it is terrible.
