I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this YMCA facility, specifically due to the behavior of the person at the front desk. This feedback is not personal, but the individual refused to let me use the restroom even during an emergency situation. Despite explaining that I have a membership and providing my name, they were unable to locate it. We have been paying membership fees to support our hometown YMCA in Illinois, even though we haven't used the facility in quite some time. This incident was incredibly dishearten... read more
it’s been a while since i was there, but all i have to say is that the staff are HORRIBLE and RUDE. I was at the swimming pool and the fact the guard + swimming teacher became extremely rude for “swimming in the wrong area” or you can’t swim in that area EVEN tho nobody was using it and it was open. Probably worst experience i have ever had in years.
Theirs a Asian guy at the front desk he is very nice and try his best to help clients I explained them my situation that haven't been to YMCA for few months but they were able to accommodate the charges thank you for being awesome
