I ordered a hat online on September 30th and the shipping estimate was set for October 5th. The store created a label but still hasn’t shipped it out even after the estimated ship date.

Amazing outdoor shop, friendly staff that help you find what you're looking for. One of the few places I have been able to find Howler Brothers shirts as well.
