The employees are extremely rude. They smother you when you walk in the door with fake sounding greetings. I've heard them insult customers even within earshot of them. They made me and my group of friends and family uncomfortable. Almost everything you actually want is out of stock too. The merchandise is poor. It isn't worth your money or the attitudes. You're better off going to Cavender's. They have a huge selection, any size you need, and everything there is quality.
I visited this establishment today intending to purchase a pair of boots for my daughter. The two women working greeted us with fake smiles and icy stares, but I disregarded and left my daughter to browse around. When I returned, I overheard one of the women tell the other "Don't' worry, she's here to pick up the girl in the back." Really? You're welcome but not really....if you know what I mean. I oh so wanted to spend at least $ 300.00. I'll just give it to someone else.
