Debbie and Dominic were both amazing! My husband and I purchased a full kilt and matching waistcoat from Celtic Crossroads and Debbie was patient and attentive to our requests. Dominic, represented MacGregor and MacDuff, the company that made the kilt, waistcoat and provided all the accessories, was very attentive and made sure the outfits were to our liking when they arrived. Even with the tariffs we managed to get everything on time before our wedding. Thank you both for your patience all of your help.
What an awesome experience working with Celtic Crossroads! The owner, Debbie, was so attentive and supportive during our purchase experience. I ordered a matching waistcoat and bowtie in the same plaid as my partner's kilt. Debbie coordinated the meeting with The Scotland based company MacGregor & MacDuff in her store. I found Celtic Crossroads about 20 years ago (back when it was still called "Wandering Angus") and ever since it's been one of the reasons I would consider driving two hours to Port Townsend. Cool people, good chats, and they carry a lot of neat stuff that you just don't find "in the wild" anywhere else.
What a charming store, full of beautiful items!
It kind of kills me to write this, but I feel it needs said. I've looked all over for fine wares and custom clothing options. Some are better than others. I feel like I was misled about just how "Custom tailored" the kilt I ordered was. Please don't get me wrong, Debbie (Owner) and her family are wonderful people. I received wonderful, if misinformed service. That's why it hurt so much when I got my order and it wasn't at all what was described to me.
