Do not use, unreliable! If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled ride 2 days ago and received numerous reminders. Come time to pick me up, no show. Update link did not work, no one answered concierge and most importantly, I was forced to miss an important post surgical physical therapy appointment. Finally showed 30 minutes late but already missed the appointment.

I hired Wanda on Thanksgiving to bring my elderly parents to my home. When the driver was 15 minutes late with we got them to my house. This was very stressful for all and getting my father back home in his wheelchair was awful. When I followed up with Wanda their log said the driver was there for 40 minutes. My mother never received a call or a text stating he was there and furthermore the driver never went to their door as instructed. I will never use this company again and suggest you do the same.

On October 21, I had a reservation for Wanda to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. I scheduled a round trip ride. Wanda did pick up my mom from her home and took her to her appointment on time. The problem came when I called to get a return ride home for my mom. I called the number, as advised, and was told they would contact dispatch and get a ride out to my mom. I said okay. After 30 minutes, my mom was still waiting! I called again and I was put on hold. I used Wanda.care on September 17th 2025. When I called they appeared to be the most reasonable, cost wise choice for a one way return trip to my appointment. As my the date of my procedure approached, however with fasting I thought it might be best to get a ride round trip. When I called them not only did the price increase but the rep told me that if I wanted someone to come in with me one way, they would have to do the same when they picked me up, as well.
