On October 21, I had a reservation for Wanda to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. I scheduled a round trip ride. Wanda did pick up my mom from her home and took her to her appointment on time. The problem came when I called to get a return ride home for my mom. I used Wanda.care on September 17th 2025. When I called they appeared to be the most reasonable, cost wise choice for a one way return trip to my appointment. As my the date of my procedure approached, however with fasting I thought it might be best to get a ride round trip. When I called them not only did the price increase but the rep told me that if I wanted someone to come in with me one way, they would have to do the same when they picked me up, as well.
