Should really be 0/5. They stranded me at 4:15 pm on a Friday afternoon at a physical therapy appointment. I was on hold for 45 minutes then their switchboard closed. Thankfully, I had a relative in another state who called an Uber for me and I was able to get home. It was extremely hot over 85° where I was waiting thankfully again the clinic secretary stayed over so that I could stay in air-conditioning until I got the Uber.
