I never received a ride from them but today (2/26/26) I had a bad experience with one of their drivers. Speeding and in and of traffic. The driver cut me off and I had to hit my brakes to keep from hitting them from behind. The worst part is they had passengers in the Van which shows me that this driver didn’t care about their passengers safety or other drivers on the road.
UPDATE 1/28/2026 (two weeks later)- he parked in handicap again. This business DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE DISABLE. Adding additional photos! Tonight (as pictured) and multiple times before, your driver has parked in handicap preventing people with disabilities from parking in handicap parking. In our last minute scheduling, they fitted us in for our mom's appointment. Driver (Dillon) was polite and courteous. But he was a little late for our pickup time. Overall we made it to our appointment. Maybe I'll give four stars next time.

He lives here and does not have a disability or helping anyone with disabilities. He parked here because he’s too lazy to walk. It really shows how lazy your drivers are. In Arizona it’s illegal for someone who is not disabled to park in a handicap/accessible parking space for more than momentary loading/unloading, even if their job is transporting disabled people.
Terrible!! No show!! Booked a reservation 6 days in advance. No driver showed up. Called a few times and was told they were on their way. No one showed up!! Had to cancel flight and rebook. Be aware!! Not reliable and don’t waste your time.
